FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE FLEX PASS
What are the different price options?
The Flex Pass gives you three tickets for the season for $46* (that is $15 per performance compared to $18 per ticket at the door). Flex Pass tickets are premium seats, reserved in advance.
How does seating work?
Starry Night Rep has open seating for its performances. The house opens for the audience 30 minutes before curtain. For Flex Pass customers, premium seats are reserved first. Our house is relatively small, so most seats are very good, but with Flex Pass you are assured the best seat available at the time of booking.
Will I receive tickets in the mail?
No, all of our tickets are held for you at the Box Office. Check at the door when you arrive at the theatre and we will have your tickets.
How will I reserve my tickets?
Approximately 3 weeks before the opening of each show you will receive an email from Starry Night Rep, informing you that it is time to book. Choose the date you like, and respond to the link in the email. While this is the quickest and most accurate way to reserve, you may also call the box office at 309-255-8570 to make reservations or to ask questions.
What if my plans change?
If you have reserved your tickets, and find you need to change your plans, you can switch to another performance with 24-hours’ notice. You may also cancel, and reschedule at a later time, or for a different show.
When does my flex pass expire?
Your flex pass may be used for any of the three regular shows offered in Season 10. It will expire at the end of the season, March 24, 2019.
